Reservation and Refund Policy

Mexar, Inc., formerly Blue Ark, Inc. (“Mexar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers customers the opportunity to reserve priority access to Mexar Vapor and certain associated benefits before the product becomes publicly available for purchase.

This Reservation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms governing the $1 reservation fee, including eligibility for reservation benefits, refundability, cancellation, and what a reservation does and does not guarantee.

By submitting a reservation and paying the $1 reservation fee, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. The $1 reservation fee

The $1 reservation fee secures your eligibility for VIP reservation benefits, including priority access to an exclusive reward tier when Mexar Vapor launches on Kickstarter or in stores.

2. Refundability

The reservation fee is fully refundable at any time until Mexar Vapor becomes publicly available for sale, including through our Kickstarter campaign. To request a refund, email us at support@mexar.co using the email address associated with your order. Once Mexar Vapor becomes publicly available for purchase, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

If you request a refund, your reservation will be canceled and you will no longer be eligible for any VIP benefits, priority access, exclusive reward tier, or other benefits associated with that reservation.

3. Benefits

Any VIP pricing, reward, or other reservation benefit will be communicated before or at the time Mexar Vapor becomes available for purchase.

4. Mexar Rights

Mexar reserves the right to modify the launch timing, sales channel, reward structure, or reservation benefits, provided that eligible reservation holders continue to receive a preferential benefit associated with their reservation.

5. Changes to this Reservation Policy

We may update this Reservation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
